My Journey
For a long time, my personal journey has been centered around seeking a healthier, more fulfilling life. However, like many of us, I’ve faced the frustration of trying strict, one-size-fits-all plans that ultimately proved unsustainable. That’s why I’ve developed an empathetic approach to health coaching that aims to provide you with useful tools tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

My Experience
I’ve been practicing Ashtanga yoga for more than a decade, I am a pranayama apprentice and a fitness enthusiast. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, I am a Mother, I am a home “Manager” (used to be called housewife) and I am an INN Certified Holistic Health Coach.
