Coaching Programs
One-on-One Coaching:
Every individual is unique, and what works for one person may not work for someone else. This 6-month, online or in-person program, focuses on your specific needs and what works for you. In our first meeting, we will discuss what health means to you. After that, we will focus on the areas you want to improve, aiming to get your life in balance, find answers, and create long-lasting habits.
INCLUDES:
Two monthly sessions (50 minutes each)
One-time Time Management Workshop
Customized Pantry Purge and Grocery Shopping (one session each)
INVESTMENT & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
One-time payment: $1,200 at the beginning of the program
Two payments: $650 each (one at the start, one after three months)
Six monthly payments: $250 each
Group Sessions:
This program consists of weekly, online group sessions of up to six individuals in which we will explore the different areas of the circle of life. During these calls, we will discuss everyone’s goals, progress, and answer questions of the week’s activities. At the end of this 12-week program, every member will be able to incorporate long-term healthy habits to achieve their own wellness objectives.

INCLUDES:
Weekly material to work on each area of the circle of life
Two online group meetings per week

Two payments: $200 each (one at the start, one after three months)

In this 4-week online or in-person program, you'll learn to live in sync with your infradian rhythm, understand your body's needs, and manage your energy and mood levels based on your cycle stage. You'll discover the best times in your cycle for meetings or creative work, allowing you to manage your time effectively without feeling exhausted or leaving tasks unfinished.
INCLUDES:
Initial session to discuss your own cycle
One-hour weekly session during four weeks
Nutrition and fitness guidance for every stage of your cycle
Planning tools to optimize your task efforts

One-time payment: $500 at the beginning of the program

Purge your pantry and learn how to incroporarte healthy options you can access anytime. In this program, I will visit your home and teach you how to declutter your pantry, transforming it into an organized, functional space that inspires healthier eating habits and stress-free meal preps.
INCLUDES:
Assessment: one in-person pantry visit of 1 to 2 hours to identify items that can be substituted for healthier versions
Decluttering and substitution: say goodbye to expired and half-sized items you no longer need. I’ll show you how to create space for new, healthier options
ORGANIZATION: I’ll guide you in organizing your pantry so that you can easily find what you need
TIPS: I’ll teach you how to read labels and make healthy choices
